Service Scheduler

Гүйцэтгэх үндсэн үүрэг

JOB PURPOSE:   Receive service calls and inquiries from customer, schedule inquiries into job processes, plan major repairs jobs, track progresses and expedite the processes. Generate KPI reports for service inquiry processes, analyze the reports and strive for improving the processes.

Ажлын байранд тавигдах шаардлага

EDUCATION:  University or equivalent technical education required.


  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Must be extremely accurate with calculations in the accounting process
  • Must be able to meet multiple deadlines
  • Must have a basic understanding of accounting practices
  • Telephone skills in dealing with customers in a service environment


  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems
  • Ability to manage time and communicate with others
  • English language intermediate level
  • Working knowledge of parts and service operations
  • General knowledge of equipment lines serviced by the company
